Since we ship from multiple suppliers, you are requested to contact us for returns.
Most returns are accepted for damaged and defective reasons only.
If you or your customer is returning the item for any other reasons, it is subject to prior approval first. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of non-damage or non-defective reasons. However, please contact us so we can check if an exception can be made.
Return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
Components and retail packaging must be returned as received.
